COMMERCIAL
INVOICES
Do
you have clients presently invoicing their customers for goods or services,
and then waiting months to get paid?
90%
of this country's vendors and service providers find they have to provide
credit terms to their customers in order to stay competitive. Cash on
delivery (COD) is literally a thing of the past. However, clients waiting
15, 30, 45, even 60 days for their outstanding invoices to be paid are
prevented from being productive and missing out on higher profits.
Suggest
this to your clients:
Imagine receiving
76%-80% of your invoiced amount within 24 hours of
the product/service and respective invoice was delivered. How
many additional orders could you fill? How many more customers could
you attend to? Imagine the increased productivity and profitability
by having cash in hand versus waiting for your customers to get around
to paying you. Additionally, what kind of discounts could
you take advantage of from your vendors
if you paid them within 7-10 days?
Factoring accounts
receivable has never been easier and more affordable. When an invoice
is generated we purchase it and can advance up to 80% of the invoice
amount directly to your client's bank by wire transfer within 24 hours,
sometimes the same day. Then, when the customer pays
the invoice, your client will receive the remaining balance, minus a
nominal fee. Think of the additional orders they could then fill in
the time they used to spend
waiting for invoices to be paid! The additional profit margins on orders
that previously could not be filled more than off sets
the factoring fee not to mention the discounts they
realize from paying their suppliers early. Factoring
is a "WIN-WIN" for your clients nationwide.
"But my client is worried
that his customers will be concerned about paying their invoices to
someone other than his company..."
Depending
on monthly volume we can arrange to open an account at their
present bank. Their customers will still make their checks
payable to your client, even to your client's same local bank. The process
is absolutely seamless in the eyes of your client's valued customer
base.
A
simple two page application, aging report and a sample invoice is all
that's required to get started. E-mail your request today and we'll
send you the application by e-mail attachment. Better yet, simply utilize
the on line worksheets found right here at our site, and submit it "on
line".
Please feel free
to contact us for information on increasing your client's productivity
and profitability. We'll arrange a convenient time to go over your client's
specific company goals.

MEDICAL
RECEIVABLE FACTORING
The nation's health
care industry is experiencing tremendous growth and shows no signs of
declining. In the medical industry, repayment can take anywhere from
60 to 120 days, whether the funds are coming from individuals, private
insurance companies, HMO's or PPO's or government sources.
These delays in
receiving payment create cash flow problems for physicians and other
health care providers. They sometimes use up their bank lines of credit
and have no other way to obtain additional financing. National Capital
Corporation's underwriters fund medical receivables large or small nationwide.
Whether your client
is an individual practitioner or a full sized medical facility or hospital,
receiving 50%, 60% even 75% of their funds within 24-48 hours versus
120 days will increase productivity and profitability. An audit at the
applicant's expense is required by one of our approved auditors however
only after we have conducted a significant amount of pre
due diligence.
Minimum volume
is $100,000 net collectable per month from
insurance companies, Medicare or Medicaid.
Broker's Fees
For healthcare
receivables factoring, we pay 5% of our earned and collected fees on
a monthly basis for the life of the account. Also if your customer refers
another client to us, that client would also be yours.
