any and all note types as long as they make financial sense and there
is security in either pledged collateral or financially strong debtors.
We routinely review "off the wall" notes that no other investor
will look at. A cover letter explaining the situation is all we need
to get started.

NOT fax or e-mail extensive amounts of documents on ANY deal just to
see if we'd be interested... if you find it at this site, or even if
its NOT listed, a simple cover letter by fax or thumbnail sketch via
e-mail (info@nationalcapitalcorp.com) is all we need. We'll let you
know if it's worth persuing, and we will tell you what documents to
send..
