Hi Ed,
Really enjoyed your course on business notes. I was pleasantly surprised
that the course was riveting, unlike those finance courses I took for
my MBA!
I really felt that I walked away with substance, not hype.
Best regards,

Ed,
I want to express my appreciation for the how-to information and tips
shared by you during your recent workshop in Los Angeles. I attended
your workshop primarily for the marketing information that you shared.
However, I gleaned much more from the material presented. I have developed
a tri-fold brochure modeled from the marketing chapter in your manual.
Looking forward to sending you business notes for review. Thank you
for an informative day of how to make business notes another niche to
work in the cash-flow business. Thank you for a very worthwhile and
educational day. Good stuff!

Ed,
I very much enjoyed
your workshop yesterday. I am well aware of the substantial energy that
teaching a full day workshop entails. Your presentation was smooth,
insightful, full of information, and entertaining. You're an excellent
teacher (and that should be regarded as a compliment coming from one
who has spent a full half career in the teaching profession).
Nice going!
Thanks again for
your great workshop.

Ed was nothing
if not sincere in his concern for all the students. He was approachable
at all times and gave everyone the necessary information to stay in
touch after the class ended. Ed was and is the consummate gentleman
and instructor. He is always willing to help and will go above and beyond
to do so. As was stated by someone prior to me; you have to respect
a guy coming up from the bottom, making it, and not forgetting where
he came from.
Thanks Ed and keep
up the good work.

Dear Ed,
David and I wanted
to thank you for the fabulous presentation you made to the Kansas City
Chapter. Initially, we thought we would attend just to show support
for our local chapter, but we were so impressed that we are now considering
diversifying our business to include business notes.
We know you are
very busy and truly appreciate that you took the time to visit our lovely
city and provide us with a lot of great information. Please feel free
to return anytime.
We wish you and
your wife all the best and hope we can do business with you in the near
future.
Sincerely,
Rachelle M. Shocklee

Ed, Your program on Business Notes last Saturday was truly outstanding.
You are a great teacher and really concentrate on the subject at hand.
Often in seminars a lot of time is wasted chit chatting. Monty and I
think we learned a lot and we look forward to doing business with you
in the future.
Best regards,

Ed,
Thank you again
for an outstanding presentation last month. Last
night we held our monthly meeting, and instead of scheduling a speaker,
we held a round table discussion of your presentation both for those
who were not able to attend in person, and for those of us who did,
a process we recommend to any and all groups who have the priviledge
of sitting in one of your meetings.

Hello Ed,
Karl Dinger here. I wanted to thank you for your excellent seminar in
Portland on Feb. 26. I thoroughly enjoyed it and am much enthused. So
much so, that I have begun making cold calls to business brokers and,
guess what? I have my first appointment with a broker next Tuesday.
I'm looking forward
to the day when I can call you with my first
business note deal.
Thanks again,
Karl Dinger

Ed,
I wanted to take
this time and say a special thanks for taking your time for us in KC.
The course subject is tops and material excellent. The most detailed
and complete that I have seen.
I had not given
much thought to business notes prior to Saturday. Thanks to your presentation
I can see many benefits to improve my business.
I have a feeling
we will be visiting again soon.
Best Regards,
Bob

Ed is a natural teacher and, for those coachable and wanting to learn
everything about this business, he is a rare mentor: he's a very busy
guy, but he nevertheless takes the time to work with you...it's a level
of commitment and sincerity I have rarely seen in many arenas of business,
by the way.
His course and marketing materials are the best in the
business: the ads, the worksheets, the scripts, etc. all of it
shows an attention to detail that reveals he knows the businss inside
and out. The calibre of documents, expertise, and advice he will offer
to a new broker and that which other big players provide is, simply
put, no contest: I was blown away by what NCC can do (buy), the details
it's materials cover (and those it does NOT leave out!), the power and
potential of working with NCC.
Depending on how much you want to know about this business and how
successful you want to be, Ed the man is the kind of guy you don't want
far away from you, regardless how good you get.
He has been up and down the road. Why re-invent the wheel?
Work with him on a regular, consistent basis and you will likely realize
greater profits in less time. Isn't that what it's all
about anyway?
